Americans are quite foolish, they take what others say
by Shuvodeep Ghosh on Feb 29, 2008 10:21 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

In spite of the flaggering technological progress America has made, the overall American population is very foolish. They take what others say; Obama preaches against 'outsourcing' and they are upbeat about it...they do not really try to get deeper and understand that if US stops outsourcing, the economu will plunge into further recession & more people will lose jobs. In spite of being the land of affluents, the general public lacks brain, probably a fallout of the affluence in the society. Once in Pretoria, I have heard the local people say the same, someone expressing his surprise after coming back from US as people asking whether lions roam in the cities as well...huh!!And biggest proof being their president Bush...who goes around flaunting his power..killing people.Land of fools!!

their affluence has come only from selling weapons and forcing countries to war. I fully agree that although because of money power they are going ahead with research works but average Americans are foolish.
the cry against outsourcing / imposing dumping duty over foreign goods by America is nothing but Dadagiri because they are the people who actually forced countries like India (or bribing our nasty politicians) to allow foreign products by reducing import duty. But because of our cheap and skilled workforce it has become a boomerang for them.
