APJ Abdul Kalam visited israel yesterday for furthering the partnership between india and israel who are Indis' friend at the time of need ( israel helped india during kargill war by selling spares at a discounted price and on credit )

He was waiting for Cabinate to foreard the proposal, Afzals Clemency petition was with union Cabinate and UPA government never forwarded it to president. This was the method adopted by UPA to keep Afzal alive. President can accept or reject if and only if Government forwards it to him. UPA and Left were eagerly waiting for Kalam to be out as he was instrumental in Keeping Sonia out of PMs office. Sonia's 'Tyag' came out only after meeting with Kalam
