Dear Pakistan President / Generals

Please take care while painting the missile as its a Under sea messile so you will require Waterproof colours.

Note: Burger Weathercoat can be a good option.

They should also have proper instruction manuals. Last time their stolen technology, and borrowed technology was sent with instruction manuals in Korean/Chinese which those war crazy idiots were not able to read, they cannot read English either, anyway.
