The column suggests that Sourav was shown the door after a few failures. Can I know when did Sourav fail? At least I don't remember about any of Sourav's failures in recent times. It is clear that Sourav was dropped not on the basis of performance but because he doesn't have any godfather either in the team management or within the BCCI.
