US is giving technoloy to India but restricting India from going any future nuclear test (Hyde-act). If India does any test in future, then there will be TOUGH SANCTION against India. India cannot digest, because all nuclear power plants will be sitting idle and its productivity (i.e. energy) and overall future of many employees' family.

Uttamkumar Samanta...You are right in a number of things ...Well USA has large stockpiles of Nuclear Bombs and they have no intention of reducing their stockpiles .But they have always tried to block India for enlarging its Neuclear arson ....Whom does USA want to use its large stokpiles of Neuclear Bombs on.....
Yah, our policy-makers should think deeply instead of cheap politics. Since beginig MMShing is doing what USA or multinational companies are telling him to do. At least this is the times UPA (particularly congress) should come clean with thorough public debate.

We are talking of securing the technology to develop India future energy need- India has already develop nuclear weapon - it the knowhow to use nuclear energy to bring progress to India that is needed. The US will provide the knowhow, but its up to India to learn and use it to progress. Why you guys going on about nuclear bombs instead ? To Tiger man Trust in terms of politics - we have learn the Hindi Chini Bhai Bhai approach. When you go a buy a car in a showroom, you use your judgement not because you trust the salesman- who just want to make a comission.
N-deal depends not only Technology, but also nuclear fuel for which India need to depend on USA and other countries. So the N-deal does not confirm the continueous supply of fuels without any obligation. Another part as I pointed out is it is not only nuclear test related to atom bomb (India may require to combact untrusty China) will be restricted by the Hyde-Act but also any sub-nuclear test (critical for Indian's soverignity of self-reliance on its own) will be restricted. So USA is trying to secure NPT (Treaty on the Non-proliferation of Nuclear Weapons test) through the back-door. So this issue should be cleared first.
