Then why dont all those North Indians commit for not forming any political party in Maharashtra? Not getting involved in any other state affairs? Just be involved in ur day to day livelyhood without troubling the locals. Send a clear message to their Leaders in Bihar, that they do not want any involvement from them and they are happy with local administration. This would solve all problem.
