Remember the sick Nitahari killings. Moninder got away. No one in this MMB will deny that UP and Bihar are the most violent in the country. Why not develop UP and Bihar so people don't have to migrate?

moninder was from punjab and not up..and same way kidney chor is a marathi...raut by caste..and what congress man lynched by mob in nasik..so crime is everywhere..ya in UP and bihar..its worse..but overall things are not rosy in other states too.... rest i agree up bihar should develop....but..ethnic cleansing in the name of regionalism is deplorable

It happened in NOIDA which comes under UP jurisdiction. Get your facts right please sir. Also Mumbai Police is second only to Scotland Yard. Also please please answer why no FDI in UP and Bihar?

Ya..it happened in noida ..but moninder is migrant...form punjab..so by your flawed logic ..all punjabis...should be kicked out of up..beacuse moninder commited crrime..get your facts right dear..rest ..efficency of mumbai police is well known..underwrold thrived under it..comparing it to scotland polic eis laughable..if pandu hawaldar..acted in proper way then there would been no encroachment in mumbai by bhaiyas or non bhaiyas

ya...corrupt politician are responsible for ENOUGH fdi in up..but come to noida, ghaziabad..they have good FDI..There many industries are thriving...rest i accept over all up has to catch up in this aspect...

i am saying crime rate is worse in up ..but in other states things are not that rosy..at least no one beats and kills migrants in up..

PS: In Assam Bihar folks were gunned down. That is ethnic cleansing. No one on this MMB raised a noise then.
