No my friend, he was working with one of our neighbor as a labour, he used to have bear etc and when he killed the people and escape, after arrest he was cleaned shave.

Let me tell you, I do not work for RAW. but these informations are open in Indian Public, contry to ISI. Regarding the Geneva agreement (I hope you were talinkg in this contex) also open for world. Second now, can you tell me whom he killed?
