May I please appeal to ALL Non Maharashtrians living and working in Maharashtra to call a 'Day-Off' from ALL your jobs on Monday, 10 March 2008!!
Whether you are a CXO for a multinational company or a peon/cab driver/local train operator/policeman/doctor/IAS/IPS/Tata/Birla/Ambani/etc/etc....... STAY in your home and Relaxxxx for one full day!!!! DO NOT think about work but spend a quiet day with yourself/family.
Let us then see if Mumbai and Maharashtra is being run only by Marathis or Indians!!
Please NOTE that I am NOT against Marathis at all... As a true citizen of India, I just cannot tolerate 'TREASON' against my motherland, and TREASON IS EXACTLY what Raj Thakrey/Hurriat/JKLF etc are doing to my country!!

hi ankur i respect your emotions. but there are other way to got it. raj wants to ouset 25lakh unskilled/semiskilled/ skilled person. let his party give list of 25lakh people in above category to ensure there will be adequate manpower to avoid daymanpower loss to state & nation. or else it looks like a senseless play by a childish man (ie RT)

i did not realize mumbai had 25 lakhs. clearly, there is a need for some sanity and order. mumbai looks, like a jail city. all apartments have jail fence with prisoners self-locked in. soon mumbai will have alw and order situation similar to lalu's lawless bihar at this rate.
