These are the supreme court judges who asked Delhi Municipal corporation to clear the slums near their villas couple of years ago. It's always great to preach but difficult to follow.

Supreme Court is always right BUT they didn't say that anyone can go any stay anywhre illegally on sidewalks. Why are you bypassing this fact?

Yes no one can live on sidewalks illegally. If people do that in Maharashtra throw them to jails IN MAHARASHTRA, you can not throw them out of the state where crime was committed. :P
