This headline is definately lifted from some British source , Kind of implies as if India or China is involved in this robbery. Why not put some more apt title such as "British theives selling stolen metal to India and China"

Good point. The stolen metal is first sold to local scrap dealers who melt it. Infact, buyers in India are not even remotely connected to the scam.

Yes, which is more appropriate and would also bring some sense in our people who call ourselves as theives.
