True. Retired MTNL employees tell me that initially many years back, there were locals working for MTNL. But they turned out to be laggards. Slowly, they were replaced by UPiites who were hardworking.

Within a couple of months, they will start a campaign for making the north Indians come back to their State because their economy will start suffering due to Marathi manus....
