When India is trying to shooting down satellite.
This is a very easy why to for getting publicity.
If any country has technic of launching the satellite than shooting down satellite is not a big deal.

When India want to shoot down a satelite it will simpy launch a PSLV or GSLV. On the way to orbit, chances of the rocket hitting the rouge spy satelite are more than that of a missile.

it is correct that india can develop, and even still the indigeneous stuff we talk about is 80% foriegn. nano is the only indigenous thing that we have developed.
