Really. So what kind of development you propose ? This article addressess the core of the problem. Once you start dividing people you will never stop at anything. For a strong nation we need integrity not division.

The core of the problem is that all people of India are not subject to the same Civil laws. Also people of a particular State enjoy extra rights over other States of India. Unless these are addressed, India can never be a strong nation. And Jehadi supporters like yourself are adding fuel to the fire.
