According to this writer, appeasing Muslims by divisive laws, amending the constitution, abusing Hindus, etc is the definition of "composite culture"! I didn't have to read the rest as it pretty much seems seems like nonsense. It would make sense if pros and cons of various approaches are mentioned rather than vaingloriously bleating out "our secular stance".
