they should think of selecting 6 states every year and give them special status and allocate some budget for development to these 6 states for 1 year at National Level. So in 5 years 30 states will be covered for some form of development. The states in turn shouls select 6-7 cities every year and allocated speciual fund to improve infrstructure. This will help in distributing load and imporve infrastructure in unifom way. Currently only handful of cities are developed and offer employement opportunities wheras most of the cities in a states and most of the states in the county are criminally under developed. Such roatation will ensure that each city enjoys some special status and makes use of allocated funds. At this time we can't have Hundus fighting with Muslims and interstate rivarly or inter caste rivarly. We all must unite for mutual benifit. Mr.Thackery must realize that no one WANTs to leave their home and family and aged parents and yound kids behind to earn bread for 2 times. If the development is spread all over the states and country then everyone would prefer to live where they belong.

well said, nobody want to leave their family and come to work in hostile environment and be made fun of that his children are not his/hers. It is cheaper for men to come and live in difficult conditions rather than putting their children thru the same torture.

I think Mr.Thakrey understands it but he understands further too..Everyone struggles to give their kids better life. and so some leave their place, parents behind and start somewhere the basic thing is no matter where one goes, one got to respcet that local culture. If one goes to better place and try to show how better he or his culture is then naturally such thngs are going to happen....No matter who goes where. Its all about Attitude
