USA HAS VERY LARGE STOKPILES OF NECLEAR WEAPONS....AND THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF EVEN DESTROYING A SMALL PORTION OF THEIR STOCKPILES...WHOM DO THEY WANT THOSE NEUCLEAR WEAPONS FOR....BUT THEY ARE TRYING TO RESTRICT INDIA FOR DEVELOPING SELF MADE NEUCLEAR WEAPONS......
