Instead of 800 million willing to go to US for a better life, how about sending some little 1000 to make India better. Some of the important persons would include Lalu and his relatives, Sibu Soren, Deve Gowda and his parivar, YSR Reddy and his family, or if possible send all the politicians, govt officials. That will make US like India and vice versa in a year.

lol funny or he may decrease US budget and trade deficits like he did for Indian railways which had been running in losses for 50 years and now show a profit of 45,000 crores ! No mean task !
