Well, Immigration rules have made in favour of their citizens, now elections coming near... if every illegal immigrant get to gether and put their views and efforts to reform immigration policy. they can surely achive that. In this contry, every one has their basic humaneterian law. and as per my experiance there is a corruption in US congress. they make/pass laws. And every one should remember one thing is that, if any laws is not in favour of these (american congress people) they trun on flag for rejections or some other longer ways. As per my experiance indian people can effort to change laws diplomatic way i.e. some indian ministers can put their efforts in it, and congress can able to consider at some priority level. on top of it, i think if indians logically support American military. they can able to help in immigration reforms that include faster process time and some librality in immigration laws. thanks Mihir

American does not need immigration reform, only enforcement of existing immigration laws. A backlash against Indians is growing rapidly and will culminate in the ehtnic cleansing of Indians from America.

But why u want to stay in US... i mean even so called illegal immigrants of US are also financially strong and being a skilled person there are many job opportunities back in india...

You have a point. The knowledge pros. are in the bargaining position whereas the article points to the weakness. BTW, I don't like the word highskill, they are professionals.

high skilled workers is not my term... this term is been used in approving visa.... def they are professionals
