There is every chance of a coup in Pakistan even if the winners of election are preparing to take oath. With the talibani group with support of ISI will turn out to be the toughest rogue state, impossible to deal with. Like the Kandhahar episode thay may ask for anything at gun-point. India is not yet grown to deal with such situations. if they demand Kashmir? China will keep quite as they are happy to see india torned by the taliban. Prakash karats and his likes will not utter a word that may not please china. In the even of a nuclear war,the only dependable ally then would be the US and the Israel. For peace to get a chance. Pakisthans map should be redrawn on Indian terms-with china not getting a say on it. China with their supporters in India(the Karat folks) having access to power is any day more dangerous hashim

Well, the democratic governments of Pakistan have always played second fiddle to both the ISI and the Islamists and shall continue to do so.Keeping its sights focussed both on economic and social development, India must not underestimate the terrorist potential of Pakistan. Security is as important as a good economy, and maintaining a state of alert.
