some of you might be correct to a degree in pointing out that gays are a western phenomenon. but today we have desi gays who are at least as active as their western counterparts, if not more. today you cannot call it a western influence. we have indianized being gay and i can say that we lag behind no country in this field.

Gays are not a western phenomenon, but the hue and cry about them are...

Knowledge enlightens the mind... vedic dharma teaches everyone to find themselves.. in doing so mutual respect is but natural!!!

I see some guys trying to validate gays by pointing to history. Though ancient India has gays at it is today, that does not mean it was accepted as part of the Indian culture. There is no documentation to prove that Indian culture accepted gayism and lesbianism.

The Indian population proves that Indian culture did not encourage nor validate gays and lesbians
