pak elections

contrary to our expectations the election in pakistan will be free and fair. ppp may get more than 60% and likely to join hands with musharaf to run the government. v in india needs a stable pak and a friendly neighbour.
let the people enjoy the real fruits of democracy.

35% voting in this polls - that is the official figure. A large majority of people did NOT participate in this "democratic" process of a dictatorial regime. Imran Khan probably feels vindicated.

Musharraf cannot be wished away or washed away by the results. Pakistan will fall apart without him. Pakistan will fall apart even with him around because of the tension between fractious sections.
