The observations are no wonder from a non-performing home minister that India had seen so far. He is only ever ready with his brief case to visit bomb blast sites after the incident occured and no constructive steps to nib it out in the bud.. How many terrorist cases have been closed so far and punishments handed over which will be a deterrant to such crimes?? They can not even carry out SC ruling in Afzals case..We need another V Patel to deal with this kind of threats and not "yes" men for congress president.India is the only country where qualification and capacity are no bar in appointing politicians to sensitive posts...
