UPA Govt. is ruling since last 3 and half year, prior to that there was NDA , Third Front, Congress , Janata party etc Govt. Congress has been in power for 40 years and 20 years non congress govt. Atleast have some information before passing any comment otherwise PAPPU KBHI PAAS NAHI HOGA.
