OK. Let him come to Mumbai and perform the Chath Puja.
Result : Once again exodus of thousands of UPites and Biharis from MS and all trains to Patna, Darbhanga, Gorakhpur etc etc fully packed.

May be thats what he wants so that he can show profits in Indian Railway. This is probably his grand plan to make Indian railway profitable and get invited to IIM.
