Raj Mumbai is going on Tamil Nadu way...
Maharastra should learn from Tamil Nadu past.

Now Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh become top IT exporting states of South India.

M Karunanidhi CM of Tamil Nadu, India
Started his career with Anti-Hindi agitations and built on many years anti-North Indian agitations picketing shops run by North Indian merchants and tarring over Hindi names on public billboards.

Now because of Karunanidhi policies Tamil Nadu which was one the leading state in south India few decades back is now far behind with other south Indian states.

Raj Thakre is a narrow minded person.
This is a time of Globalization whole Maharastra will suffer because of Raj.
Raj has no objection in sending Marastrians to overseas countries but have objection if other states people work in Maharastra.
More then 30 millions INDIANS NRI's out of which 5 millions are Maharashtras Indians(NRI's) working in overseas countries.

Raj is a baccha compared to the Dark glassed guy. This guy will use language ,caste, birth or anything to garner a couple of votes. he will even lick someone's posterior if it is going to help him stay in power & swindle. Hope the people of TN have become wise now & wont vote him to power next time.

YOu RAe absolutely wrong. I agree that MK & party was against Hindi language long back. Now You ask any North Indian (Chennai has 20%) and all other areas has 10% north Indians. tamil nadu everyone live peacefully and law & order in Tamil Nadu is Much Much better than any other Indian states. Tamil Nadu peple are more accomadative otherwise MGR ( A Born malayalee) & Jayalalitha (born kannadiga) would not have been CM's. So just know things better before you pen down my friend.

I absolutely agree with Jayaraman. I am a north Indian I lived in Tamil Nadu for more than five year to be very specific in Thanjavur which is known as outocratic Tamilian Regions. Though they dont know hindi but they never lag behind in helping people from other state which ever region they belongs to. they have some basic rules Follow them and enjoy ur life there. But whats happening in Mumbai is totally unacceptable. Dont compare Tamil Nadu with maharastra.

Chennai has 20% migrants from north? I am pleasantly surprised. That Chennai is peaceful is in no doubt. I apreciate the info.

may be one of the reason for the migrants from north is due to the construction/infrastructure happening in Chennai...for the past coupleof years, there have been many overbridges, real estate developments in chennai and the fact is that Biharis are hard workers particularly the unskilled labour segment...
this is visible in Mumbai too..wherever road work, bridge work, construction activities, the majority of the workers are from Bihar/UP. the locals don't tend to take up such labour assignments.

Hare Babu,
You are totally wrong. Tamil Nadu 2nd industrialised state after Maharastra. This is year alone 20,000 crore invstment in auto, leather, textile, electronics,IT,etc. Also human index is among top 3 states. Average income also increased compare to other states. Your statment is not true as far behind with other state. Do not waste the space with irrelevant and wrong messages.
