Sheer selfish motives of private sectors contribute to suicides!
by Gautam nil on Feb 21, 2008 11:37 PM   Permalink

It is because of the large scale mismanagement of private corporate sector that are much in hype like IT sectors, where the personnel know only the time of commencement of their duties but continue to work indefinitely for more than eight hours many times continue for two days or three days, etc., at a stretch under instructions, forcing them to return their homes after several hours or few days after duties! Such works force them to be away from their respective families and life partners for longer periods, many times resulting in fresh partnerships and divorces which give rise to suicides due to consequences ! This is the efficiency of private corporate sectors, boasted by people like Narayana Murthy, who were perhaps very happy over the money earned rather than the welfare and interests of the families of their toiling and moiling personnel! Perhaps, selfishness and material benefits are the modern efficiency of privatisation!
