Fake Experience
by ravi kumar on Feb 21, 2008 11:21 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

I think these suicides has to do a lot with the fake experience that people provide while getting these jobs, they didn't know how stressful software can be without having enough skills to accomplish the job responsibilities. People who get into these software stuff MUST have good analytic reasoning skills but some people seriously lack them and nothing wrong with that but getting into software job is a terrible mistake which results in suicides. Probably I m wrong but I make sense to some extent.

not only the public is having skills, the companies are also coming to india for cheap labour. so every body is cheating every body.

it is not fair for companies extract a work from people who were not exposed to such work or atmosphere. but still companies come because of cheap labour.

Its not that only people from Andhra come with fakes. It depends upon on their nature and that has got nothing to do with regions and states. Moreover, corruption exists in India in every state.
