After the comment of Raj, voilance had happend and poor are sucked, no second word abt it.

But now what Lalu is doing this is also wrong, which will again some wrong things to happend...

because leaders like Mr Raj Thakarey were born there long before they were born in mumbai.

Because the people of these 2 states have their priorities wrong. They are more worried about caste and religious appeasement than development.
