Every police office who arrests some one claims that he has nabbed a key person and thwarted a major attack on India.The fact is these police officers want to sound it big to show it BIG. There are more terror because of rumors in Banagalore than because of real terrorism.(The one incident which killed a IIS professor is yet to be cracked,it seems)
