MP # 1 in crime, AP # 2 and Delhi and Mumbai 10th and 26th?

Very interested to know the source of this data.

MP and AP here are states with more than 10 crores of population while Delhi,Mumbai and Bangalore are cities.

Also stats are wrong. Bihar and UP lead in crime,followed by other BIMARU states.
