either he is stating that i will not apply for bail but this statement have no use, if police neglegently submitt there report then its a descretion of magistrate to convict him or give him acquital. But according to me the incident which took place because of his statement is sufficient to prove his guilt from the angle of magistrate. so he should apply for bail first then go for trial. According to me what he is stated was not totally wrong but what his partymen or MNS goons done its completly wrong from the angle of human right and it is unconstitutional.

the incidents which took place are due to abu azmis statements. he threatened to bring 20000 people from azamgarh for what? dont threaten us. we are peace loving people and so are cool till this date. dont provoke us. otherwise you see what is happening. which state are you from?
