There is panic in congress to survive in this country. They have realised that congress has no future. Bapu wanted to dissolve this party in 1947 but Nehru retained it for his own means, and later the trend followed. There is no leader left in congress so TOI is asked to launch "Lead India". may be congress can ride on the back of media celebrity now.
Congress know that after last 4 state election it is definitiely they are not going to come into power in delhi too. So it is reverse order to de-seal. Indian public is not a fool.
