i dont understand why she is applying for bail ???

the blast thing happened in 1993 and its been 14 years now,

is she was in jail for these years ??? if yes

then how many years remaining for the life sentence ???

and if no then what abt those 13 years which she attended courts etc ???

its a joke for our judiciary ????
