UP BIHAR population explosion

these people will spread to all states.. every state will need a Raj to stop them.. or else their local people will suffer.

All Non-UP Bihar MPs should coem with legeslation in parilament to force no- child policy in these two states fro next 10 years. I am sure bill can be passed without the support of MPs from Bihar & UP
