Right of an Indian

Whats wrong in people migrating to different states. After all we are Indians, its a right of each indian. Half of the Indians are working outside the country. Imagine if they are all attacked by people like raj of very cheal mentality. Its truly said Politicians moto is we will give your life for the country. A

You are right when you say that a person can move freely throughout the territory of India. However, the constitution also says that when that person moves to another territory, then he is to follow the law in that territory and along with his culture should also accept the culture of that particular state.
The people who work abroad have to, whether they like it or not, follow whatever the law or customs exists there.
