Nothing of that sort will happen. This is just some political gimmick,the likes of which Indians are used to. All the attacks are carried out by this rowdy gang against innocent people. The locals dont really care about it.

the trouble is value of human in UP , Bihar is half the value of human in maharatsra. So ur equation is needs to add HUMAN_VALUE FACTOR before calculating the number in real terms.
