Migration

Can someone suggest what we can do about this. Some states in India are very corrupt and don't develop. Due to the lack of education in these states, the people have lots of children. They then move to other states and become a burden on the infrastructure. Should states like MH just yield to this burden and be okay with MH going down the tube or should MH put in policies to ensure the survival of the city and culture.

Looks like Indians need a work visa in MH and all the Mafia, smugglers, drug peddlars and illegal immigrants from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Dubai can live and work without visa....one of the many idiotic expressions, which happens only in India.
