Whats the mistake he has commited??? He just unlawfully transplanted the kidney. But if he did that with the consent of the person then ,there is no crime involved in it.
After all he helped more than 1000 peoples who are suffering from kidney failures.Although it may be for money..

LOL ... the law in India does not permit kidney transplant even with the conscent of the donor ... the donor has to be a family member of the receipient.
so laws have been broken ... i.e. even if he argues that for every kidney transplant he has the signature/thumb impression of the donor on a stamp paper - because those guys were duped by the lure of a well paying job. They would have signed anything.
Yes, he helped people, but he dedrauded the same number of people. He collected fat sums of money for the help. Now it's payback time for those he defrauded.

@amarjithsingh..
He may not be qualified doctor(assuming)..But still no one have lost their life becoz of his operations.then for what he should be blamed for..???
Its the indian law which should be blamed and not him..He may be partially wrong in trespassing the law ,but its quite common in this part of the world..

mr james you are totally ignorant .pl note that on record thre turkish citizens died while amit was conducting surgery and they were taken to dr. upendrea 's ballabhgarh hospital and the matter was hushed up by haryana police.many poor labourers whose kidney was fraudelntly remove have been reported to be dead during operations but as the entire procedures was illegal the same was not reported.do you doubt that he is not qualified doctor? do not comment when you are ignorant.it is no joking matter? if you are intersted in donating your kidneys you can do so.give your true identity and address and many genuine paTIENTS WILL CONTACT YOU ? and you will get your fee for the same.

to all those defenders of kidney kingpin who say that this kidney kingpin has not killed anybody n that he has helped many a lives of kidney patients. one suggestion to them. plz all such defenders give one part of ur body to the needy ppl it can b ur kidney, it can b one or ur eyes. this is coz, u can survive with ur one kidney n also b able to watch the world with ur one eye. this doctor cheatingly stole their organs, but u voluntarily gift the organs to the neediest patients. thanx. n give the death sentence to this kidney racketeer n not merely 10 yrs ri.

he cannot donate, even if he wants to ... it is illegal ... To donate his kidney, the receipient has to be a family member or James has to be dead.
yes, a dead james may make more sense than he is now .... LOL

Its the idiotic law which should be blamed and not the doctor as a whole.. just think if the law in india permits trasplanting kidney,it would be an different story altogether now..
Why cant u peoples see,he have helped lot of thousands of peoples who are in verge of death.Just think if ur parents are suffereing from kidney prob,whom would have helped u in this hour.It is none other than this guy..
he doesnt deserve respect but it doesnt mean he should be humiliated as well.
He is more better person than most persons in this world..although he just gained some money from this as well.

vargese, it is obvious that you have lost all hope in India's judicial system, and that its people have lost values like honesty and integrity and money is sole objective.
