I am totally in favour of what Raj Thackrey is doing for his matrubhumi (Maharashtra), But the style is not proper. Marpit by his partymen. Well the whole of BMC is full of maharshtrians, local police is maharashtrians, RTO & Traffic police are maharshtrians then why the hell this UP or Biharis thriving here. Issue is still not about up or biharis, issue is he has played a big role in dividing hindus. now north indians will fight with maharshtrians like hindus and muslims. so in all hindus are once again divided. Problem of bangladeshi muslim still remains unattended. All the best if you are a maharashtrian working in north indian states.

Why do they not have similar agitations for rectifying choked sewer lines in Mumbai? Why not similar agitation for pot-holed roads in Mumbai?
Ask any ordinay Maharashtrain.... would she/he be more happy with an agitation for 'flood-free' and 'good-road' Mumbai, or with a Marathi board in shopping Mall??
Why do they not storm the offices of contractors who make crappy roads every year, on purpose, so that they can get new contracts every year?

The equivalent number of marathis also reside in ote states outside Maharasta.Should they be treated in the same way as the north indians in Mumbai.

Hello Everyone, I am hindi speaking North India who have been in Maharashtra for sometime. I think Marathi should be prmoted in Mahrashtra - no doubt. Bad elements are everywhere...criminals do NOT belong to any caste, language, etc. So, Mr. Raj Thackrey should not make general statements about all North India. For petty politics, he is dividing us Hindus. He is doig in one year what it will take Pakistan to do in 20 years! All the pro-Marathi agitations are fine, but why they have to pour venom against North-Indians. I agree that some N-Indians are bad, but for each N-Indian criminal in Maharashtra, there are many more maharashtrian criminals in Maharashtra. As i said earlier, the biggest curse for India is this vote-bank politics.
