Years back there was a Hindi film called "Sahib" where the hero, Anil Kapoor, for the sake of the honour of his father and sister's marriage, donates his kidney to an ailing millionare's son. The story was so moving, every time one see's he is moved to tears. The bottom line is, utter poverty drives people to sell their kidney and the middle men like the Dr.Horror takes advantage of it and makes millions. This is utter exploitation. What is in reel life is true in real life. Govt should identify such class of people who are driven to the extreme of selling the vital part. This particular Dr. Amit was running the racket for such a long period of time just within the stone's throw away from the authorities. Yet this was not detected. It is the callousness on the part of the local authorities or else how could this happen so blatantly. This doctor deserves no leniency and he should be punished according to stringent laws of the land. We do not know how many such rackets are on the move in major hospitals, it should be probed. The so called top class five star Hospitals do entertain such cases albeit with relevant documents. Still they need to be probed as such rackets do exist in such hospitals also. This is the recent industry thriving on hi-tech facility and lure people all over the world especially Indian diaspora and people from gulf countries. This is being exploited as these rich people do not wish to die so early and are willing to spend millions to get health Exploitatio

Utter poverty is the end result of communism and socialism.
