It is indeed sad to hear about this. What is more tragic is that this news is in some obscure section and not front page news. The headlines are hogged by politicians like Raj Thackrey or Sharad Pawar or Prakash Carat, or some cinema stars like Amitabh Bacchan or Kareena Kapoor. I guess sincere and selfless people like Baba Amte are not "popular" with the news channels or those who like reading the rubbish gossip and useless controversies. Baba Amte was a great son of India. Truly a giant in stature compared to the many self-serving national leaders of today. May his soul rest in peace.

Media is too busy in glorifying the corrupt people. The living saints are ignored as it does not give them the TRP's. May Baba's soul rest in Peace. May there be reincarnation of him, not one but million Baba's so that India is covered with goodness and hope for the destitudes and crusaders against corruption.
