God, We Indians are so slack. 5 years RI for this monster is like a slap on the wrist. He must spend rest of his life behind bars, with no possibility of parole. How can we let him back on our streets. Although I would hate to see us follow the Chinese, atleast in this one instance, it would have helped to have a system like them. This guy would have surely faced life in jail, if not death.

The punishment should be so severe that no one does it again. Besides life term, take out one of his kidney, eyes and whatever possible and fix to some needy poor.

Gadhey ke baccho...english nahi aati kya,,,this 5 year term is as per Nepalese Law for foreign exchange law violation...as per international laws u have to declare an amount excess to USD 10000 if you enter as a foreign national...
