Dr Amit is very poor. If convicted, Kumar will face a maximum sentence of five years or will have to fork out Rs 5 lakh as fine, or both. We all live in developing India. The fine for similar offense in United states is 26.8 million USD and a life sentence.

whatever u say ( we all indians) our highest decision making body gives him bail, when mumbai blast people who killed 1000 people get bail and in future they get released, wats wrong with this Dr he has not kept any kidneys with him he has given life to others, people from whom he has taken out kidneys still living, he has not killed any body, tell me now , who is innocent mumbai blast people or This Dr i appeal the govt to release him

He had several lakhs of rupees in cash with him when he was arrested. He even tried to bribe the arresting Police persons. The man owns several Hospitals and expensive cars.
