Proper proosecution of the rich and the mighty has not taken place in India ever since we got independence.Those who have the means go scotfree or escape with minimal punishment. All this due to one single malace called 'corruption'. If I am given a chance to decide, I will make corruption a serious crime that will attract capital punishment. Then everything will fall in its place. In this case, depending on the extent to which the culprit can corrupt the officials, he may even be freed by Nepal Govt witha penalty of Rs.5 Lacs and vanish the way the famous 'Q' has done in the bofors case! lets wait and see!
