He too needs a press conference. ha ha ha.

What does one do if a family member requires a kidney to save his/her life. Its high time we legalize transplants from brain dead souls in to the living. Dr(agon)Amit and many others are there in Illegal, Unethical & corrupt Trades in our society only because they complete the demand supply chain. Fast & swift justice is required to get rid of such evils. There are lots of such characters in every town, Its only that we are not vigilant enough to report them to the authorities and demand action and instead wait for 500 cases to happen before we run with a Interpol alert.

Hi Roheet
I believe there was no law regarding the transplants some 10 years ago. Because lots of poor people were duped into selling the kidneys, a ban on human organ transplant came into force(Its legal between blood relatives).

I am astonished for the fact that for the crime of this stature the maximum punishment is 5 years or 5 lakhs or both. Thats why all the people commit the crime repeatedly. It should be multiplied by the no. of people affected. In this case I surely believe it should be rigorous life imprisonment and attaching all the properties of the criminal ( pay some minimum monthly allowance for his dependents ). So everyone will know that all the crimes are not same and never ever the life will be same even if he is released from jail for good behaviour or any other reason. He has to work hard even for a living after released from the jail. Now even if he is released after paying 5 lakhs he is going to enjoy remaining part of his life with the multi-crores he has earned and money earns respect for him. Any thoughts ?

Why should there be a ban on human organ transplants between unrelated persons? If it is medically sucessful and necessary why should patients be deprived of this facility? The Government should think of regulations that ensure proper information for both Donor and Recipient and proper care for both.
