Bombay was very peaceful earlier to senior Thackeray's unleashing violence against Keralites who were called as "madrasis" meaning entire south Indians! It was due to entirely a personal vengeance against then owner and editor, shri. A.B. Nair, of Free Press Journal, who could not pay his remuneration regularly as a cartoonist as the circulation was poor due to the stiff competition of the then, Indian Express and Times of India as every one is aware of! People say that this family could not afford even to have bicycles then! But, this family managed steadily to strengthen their financial status not by any business and not by any employment and definitely NOT by any intellectual contribution to either Hindus or to community, but by other means and resources that have amassed wealth to them within his own generation that the family now comfortably roams every where by individual Air Conditioned cars! Their entire tactics and modus operandi are just by drama of violence and black mail taking the name of marathi culture , systematically fooling the innocent and honest maharashtrians by announcing some thing or other to keep up the tempo of such organization showing some paltry benefits to a tiny section of the organization! Will people understand this family in right perspective?
