The urban /NRI Marathi youth are supporting Raj.

The urban Marathi youth are supporting Raj. Though their loyalty may lie with some other party, they are sentimentally with Raj. It is not necessary that this sentiment will transform into electoral gain,"

What this has done is help Raj project himself as the real heir of Balasaheb with respect to the Marathi Manoos.

no shekhar. the states were made on basis of language. people from other states came to Maharashtra because they thought it to be land of opportunities. What happened to the opportunities in your respective states. Whey all other states have failed in developing themselves. Yes Maharashtra is a state of opportunities. But these opportunities first are for us. The marathi people. We wont tolerate outsiders coming and snatching our bread.

Opportunities are so much in excess in Mumbai that due to the lack of talent in Mumbai MNCs are recruiting people from outside Maharastra for company's in Mumbai. So people dont really have to come to Mumbai in search of work but lack of talented & skilled employees invite outsiders with large stripends to Mumbai.
Immigration is an issue all over the globe then why are Maharastrians being such a cry baby? Are they so insecure of their own calibre?

Have you ever thought what lead to Maharashtra's development ?? The development happened b'cos of the people who live in Maharashtra...whether it was a maharashtrian or a non-maharashtrian...
And if you find opportunities in Maharashtra now, it is only b'cos ppl living in Maharashtra have worked hard for themselves, and that's why the state is reaping the benefits!!

Everyone who lived & is living in Maharashtra have a hand in the development of Maharashtra..without everyone's contribution, maharashtra wouldn't have come up to the stage where it is right now!! Don't under-estimate the contributions made by non-maharashtrians!!

Saket Shekhar... your comments are very opportunists... by saying we r indian first, u r trying to snatch good state like Maharashtra, which is developed by Marathis... why don't u try to bring Bihar or UttarPradesh up to the stage of Maharashtra.. ?
