Hi everyone i have gone through the message written by vashikar and the replies given by chinnanai........ I dont know y marathi and Tamil ppl always argue bout "North indians" for taking there jobs and all that stuff.... Tell me one thing that why these companies based in south and mumbai hire ppl from north india???? Are they good in working or what???? And why these guys always crib about snatching there jobs??? See when these companies hire, they look for potential, if u have potential you will be hired and if u will fail to do so you will not. No one is going to hire any one based on the regional divison.... If we are prooving ourseleves then whats your problem??? Are you guys afraid of prooving yourself or u ppl are not capable enough???? And yes one more thing ask the politicians and ppl who says that "we are showing ingratitude to the people of the state which has given you employment." that when its coming to study why you guys move to "North India" (IITs delhi, kanpur, kharagpur and Banaras)and even if you ppl join over there did any one commented you over there or abused you for being your so called "South indian"...... i know that answer will be NO, then why to abuse others who are coming to your state??? Please ppl this is india, we should show respect to our indian culture and never forget to respect others.........

Rupesh and Sharmaji, I also agree with you guys,but see the reason behind it. 1.I keep on reading all the comments especially written by North Indians, they never talk about the politicians those are coming from UP and Bhihar creating problems here in maharashtra.. 2. why nobody talks about similar developement in northern states. 3. if someone is ready to work on half the salary who is already expecting further growth would create problems in economy as well as standards of living. 4. Yes, we should go everywhere this is our country but we should respect the culture and prevalent standard of that soil. if this is not happening then you can see such chaos. 5. I feel all north indians should take this as positive note and assist the UP and Bihar to put on the maps of india as number one states. 6. I admire north indians are smart, hardworking but what is wrong with their own home state? i am confused ...
