When u r pointing one finger at others 4 fingers at your end.....can go out in the night with your wife, sister or any other female members. I know you cannot as you don't some gundas will come and r**e your wife or sister.
This is the culture in UP and Bihar for decades that is the main reasons that people who come to Maharashtra dont want to go back.
